BY ACCESSING OR USING THIS SITE, YOU ACCEPT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH BELOW. BELIEVE HIGH FIDELITY RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY THIS AGREEMENT AT ANY TIME, AND SUCH MODIFICATIONS WILL BE EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON POSTING. YOU SHOULD REVIEW THE AGREEMENT PERIODICALLY TO BE AWARE OF SUCH MODIFICATIONS.
Due to the highly specialized nature of our products, we highly recommend our customers to read completely the terms and conditions before finalizing a purchase.
DISCLAIMER Prices are subject to change without notice and are effective immediately. Prices may have changed since item addition and may be different than listed due to fluctuating exchange rates for imported products.
We are not responsible for any legal consequence(s), property damage, or bodily injury related to our product. The buyer is responsible for any consequence(s) by using our products.
Orders / Payment Items ordered as listed "In Stock" may not reflect recent inventory changes and may be placed on backorder. Believe High Fidelity reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged.
All orders must be paid in full at time of purchase. We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, through Paypal. Cash, Bank Cashier Check, or Wire Transfer are also acceptable forms of payment. A 8.25% sales tax will be applied for all sales within Texas and 9.25% in California. Orders will only be shipped to Paypal addresses for credit card purchases.
International orders must be paid by direct bank wire transfer only. International customers are required to pay all bank fees associated with transactions. International customers are also responsible for all fees, duties, and/or taxes applied by their respective countries.
Ordering
What type of payment do you accept?
-We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard through Paypal. Cash, Bank Cashier Check, or Wire Transfer are also acceptable methods of payment.
Do I have to pay tax if I pay cash?
-Yes. All sales within Texas are subject to 8.25% sales tax. California residents are subject to 9.25%.
Do you accept international orders?
-Yes. However, we do not accept international credit card payments. Payments must be by Bank Cashier Check or Direct Bank Wire Transfer. Please contact us for international shipping quotes.
Can you get products not listed on your website?
-Yes. Please contact us with an item description.
Are all items on the website in stock?
-No. Please contact us for up-to-date availability. We strive to keep our website as updated as possible, however, items may have recently sold out or there was a mistake in the status listed on our website.
Order Status
When will my order ship?
-In stock items are shipped within 2 business days after the order is received. Special order items vary in their wait time, please contact us for availability estimates.
Shipping In Stock items are usually shipped within 2 business days. Items may not ship via the method indicated during checkout due to carrier restriction. Indicated weights include dimensional weights and may not represent the actual scaled weight of the package. On rare occasions, items may be damaged during transit. Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery. Do not sign delivery receipts until all packages have been inspected. In the event that damage does occur, physically write "damaged" on the delivery bill and have the delivery person sign it as verification. Retain all boxes and other packaging material because the package may be subject to inspection by the carrier. Contact Believe High Fidelity within 24 hours to file a claim request. Failure to comply with this policy may result in a denial for a damage claim.
Returns What is your return policy?
-We here at Believe High Fidelity value our customers and guarantee customer satisfaction. Items are eligible for a refund or exchange within 14 days after receipt of the select items under $2000.00 USD. Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee applied at the discretion of Believe High Fidelity. No returns are accepted on Special Orders and International Orders. Returned items must be returned in unused and unaltered condition in their original packaging. All returns must first be authorized and approved by Believe High Fidelity and require an RMA return authorization number. Please contact Believe High Fidelity for return instructions prior to sending items back. Customer must pay for all return shipping costs and original shipping fees are non-refundable. Items must be received 14 days after the RMA number is issued. Please insure returned items are properly packaged for shipping. Refunds will not be issued on items that are damaged during return shipping to Believe High Fidelity. Failure to comply with this return policy will result in a refusal of the shipment and will be returned to customer at his/her own expense.
Backorders
Out of stock items will be shipped within 48 hours after the item(s) is returned to stock. Items may be pre-ordered to ensure immediate shipment once the item(s) return to stock. Payment in full is required for all pre-orders. Wait time is subject to change and can range from 4-8 weeks or otherwise quoted. A 25% cancellation fee will be applied to all orders that are canceled before delivery.
Special Orders
Special Order items require payment in full. Special Order items are not normally stocked and require 4-8 weeks for delivery or otherwise quoted. This DOES NOT include the time it takes for some manufacturers to produce made-to-order items. Manufacturing times may take 2-6 weeks or otherwise quoted. Special Order items are NON-REFUNDABLE unless there is a mistake on our part.
Warranty / Liability
All products sold by Believe High Fidelity are sold "as is" to the customer. Believe High Fidelity does NOT offer warranty on any of the products sold. If warranty is offered by the manufacturer, warranty documentation will be sent with the product. Believe High Fidelity is not liable for any damages or injury as a result of these products. Believe High Fidelity will not be responsible for the customers’ actions.

Please read the description of each part carefully because it may or may not include one or more of items displayed. The displayed parts may have extra work involved for installation. Additional items may not be included unless specifically specified in the product description.
Typographical Errors In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or error in pricing with product information received from our suppliers, Believe High Fidelity reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card has been charged.
